We love a good story behind any cafe. Steve and Danny wanted to open a cafe in a London backstreet that would resemble the amazing cafes they had visited in Melbourne. This meant the environment, coffee and food all had to be excellent. So that’s what they did at Tina’s.
The name comes from a retro 50’s print of a woman called Tina. The guys wanted a name that read out of context and wouldn’t tell you what they were… plus they had drunk a couple of bottles of wine whilst thinking about it.
6 years later, they’re known for their breakfasts, excellent coffee and constantly changing art installations (murals both inside and outside the cafe). Grab a seat, cup of coffee and a slice of their homemade cakes whilst you’re at it!
