Polo 24 Hour Bar provides hungry Londoners a place to chow down during the day, somewhere to stumble to when you’ve got the munchies at 3am, and a destination to drag yourself when you’re hungover and in need of a bacon sarnie.
It’s open 24/7, so it’s a breakfast option for all hours of the day. They don’t even have a door, and board up the entrance on Christmas day, the one day a year that they close.
It’s a classic greasy spoon cafĂ© but one that you’ll really want to hang out in. Their meats are all free-range, they use dry-cured British bacon, and their sausages are made to their own secret recipe! They know what they’re doing too – they’ve been serving breakfast-craving London folk since 1959.
