NAC, short for North Audley Canteen, combines global influences within their photogenic interior. As you enter you’re transported to New York, with whitewashed brick walls, leather banquette seating and marble tables. The basement is decorated with green velvet seating, golden brass pendant lights and an intricate ceiling, in a 40s Hollywood fashion. Guests can also choose to have drinks on the comfortable armchairs in the wood-panelled cocktail lounge or enjoy an al fresco brunch outside in the Parisian terrace encased by elegant dark flowerpots.
The food is just as Insta-worthy as the decor, as the restaurant caters to varied tastes with their French bistro style menu. Ricotta pancakes with dulche de leche and banana are a customer favourite, along with the honey French toast with raspberries, clotted cream and speculoos. It’s highly recommended you don’t leave before trying the milk chocolate cookie and ice-cream desert, whether it’s to share for the table or enjoy by yourself.
