Chicama’s name pays homage to a coastal town in Peru. The space has a contrasting modern and rustic feel, with wooden and marble detailing, as well as patterned tile flooring. There are also seating options outside and on the roof.
The restaurant additionally offers a private dining room bathed in soft candlelight and decorated with potted plants, herbs and trinkets. As chefs pop in and out through the doors, clutching ingredients from the spice shelves and produce crates, the room is engulfed in mouth-watering scents that create a truly unforgettable experience.
Chicama puts a Peruvian spin on classic brunch dishes. Their menu has a heavy seafood focus and boasts bold flavours. Recommended dishes include the sweetcorn pancake (with crab, ají amarillo hollandaise and pickled chilli) and the fish brioche bun with spiced red cabbage. Menu items are made with fresh seafood delivered daily from Cornwall.
