Beam is an independent cafe run by a local Crouch End family. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, with brick-lined walls, chandeliers and vintage seating. Visitors can also choose be seated outside.

The menu features exciting flavours and naturally healthy dishes with Mediterranean and British influences. Popular dishes include classics such as the full English breakfast and French toast. The shakshuka has an original and vegan option available, and is also considered to be a customer favourite.
