The Watch House gets its name from its original site, which is based in a 19th century graveyard watch house. The Tower Bridge location, however, is housed is a former spice factory. Acid stained polished concrete floors, booths warmly lit by pendant lightings and whitewashed walls create a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of the building’s industrious past.

Customers are welcomed by a mouth-watering display of sandwiches and sweet and savoury pastries, which complement the daily speciality coffee.
